Michael D. Recchiuti is a partner in the law firm Kolb, Vasiliadis, Florenz & Recchiuti, LLC, where he practices extensively in the areas of guardianship, estate administration, estate planning, estate litigation and real estate. Michael is a lifelong resident of Bethlehem, PA. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications from The Pennsylvania State University and his Juris Doctor degree from Western New England University.
Attorney Recchiuti is certified as a legal guardian by the Center for Guardianship Certification and serves as a court-appointed guardian in both Northampton and Lehigh Counties. Michael also has broad experience in municipal law having represented several local municipalities as a solicitor, in addition to representing numerous individuals and businesses in various legal matters.
Mike was a solo practitioner in Bethlehem for 10 years prior to joining the firm. Overall, Mike has been practicing law in the Lehigh Valley since 2003.
Mike is currently a School Director for the Bethlehem Area School District, and was previously an elected member of Bethlehem City Council. He is also active in many civic and political organizations. Additionally, Mike is an adjunct professor at Northampton Community College and previously served as a member of the Board of Directors with the Bethlehem Parking Authority.
Mike is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Bar Association of Lehigh County. Mike is admitted to practice in the states of Pennsylvania and New York and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Federal Court.
