Michael D. Recchiuti is a partner in the law firm Kolb, Vasiliadis, Florenz & Recchiuti, LLC, where he practices extensively in the areas of guardianship, estate administration, estate and wealth planning, estate litigation, real estate, and representation of small and closely held businesses. Michael is a lifelong resident of Bethlehem, PA. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications from The Pennsylvania State University and his Juris Doctor degree from Western New England University.
Attorney Recchiuti is certified as a legal guardian by the Center for Guardianship Certification and serves as a court-appointed guardian in both Northampton and Lehigh Counties. Michael also has broad experience in municipal law, having represented several local municipalities as a solicitor, in addition to representing numerous individuals and businesses in various legal matters with municipal entities.
Attorney Recchiuti was a solo practitioner in Bethlehem for 10 years before joining the firm. Overall, Mike has been practicing law in the Lehigh Valley since 2003.
He is currently an elected School Director for the Bethlehem Area School District, and was previously an elected member of Bethlehem City Council. He is also active in many civic and political organizations. Additionally, Mike has served as an adjunct professor at Northampton Community College and previously served on the Board of Directors of the Bethlehem Parking Authority.
Mike is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Bar Association of Lehigh County. Mike is admitted to practice in the states of Pennsylvania and New York and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Federal Court.
He is also a co-owner of Country Club Brewing, LLC, a small craft brewery located in South Side Bethlehem.
